DIRECT PRIMARY CARE - CASH BASED
What is Direct Primary Care (DPC)?
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a membership-based healthcare model that removes insurance from the equation—giving you direct access to your provider for a flat monthly fee. No copays, no surprise bills, and no rushed appointments.
DPC allows for longer visits, fast communication, same-day or next-day scheduling, and care that’s truly personalized to your health needs.
Please note: Weight Loss Programs, Hormone Replacement Therapy, and Aesthetic Services are not included in DPC membership and are billed separately.
What’s Included in Your Monthly Membership:
All monthly plans include the following at no additional cost:
Direct access to your provider by phone, text, or patient portal
30–60 minute unrushed appointments
No copays or surprise charges
Same-day or next-day scheduling
After-hours messaging for urgent concerns
Chronic condition management (e.g., diabetes, high blood pressure)
Preventative and wellness care
Acute care visits (e.g., infections, minor injuries)
In-office procedures (e.g., skin tag removal, ear flushing)
Vitamin injections and IV hydration therapy
Deeply discounted labs and imaging
Discounted medications when available
DPC Membership Pricing
INDIVIDUAL
(Ages 18–100+) – $80/month
COUPLE
(Two people in the same household) – $140/month
FAMILY
(Three to five people in the same household) – $200/month
For families with more than five members, please call for custom pricing.
Note: This rate is for children under 18 years old only.
Important Notes:
We currently do not accept patients under 16 years old.
We do not provide narcotic pain management services.
DPC does not replace insurance and patients are encouraged to keep their insurance for emergency needs.
