Direct Primary Care (DPC) replaces insurance-based primary care with a monthly membership, giving you direct access to your provider—no copays or surprise bills. Your DPC provider manages most routine health needs, including chronic conditions, prescriptions, labs, imaging, and referrals—allowing for longer visits, quick communication, and highly personalized care .

Currently accepting Health Pass Members and Cash based.

All Weight Loss, Hormone Replacement Therapy, and Aesthetics treatments are NOT included in DPC services and are available for an additional fee.

What is included in Direct Primary Care?
• Direct access to your provider by phone, text, or portal
• 30–60 minute unrushed visits
• Same-day or next-day scheduling
• After-hours messaging
• Chronic condition management
• Preventive, wellness, and acute care
• In-office procedures (e.g., skin tag removal, ear flushing)
• Deeply discounted labs and medications
Weight Loss, Hormone Replacement, and Aesthetics are NOT included.

Membership Pricing:
• Individual: $80/month
• Couple: $140/month
• Family: $200/month (3–5 people)
(Call for custom pricing over 5 members; includes adult children up to age 26)

Important: We do not accept patients under age 16 and do not provide narcotic pain management.
DPC does not replace insurance — you are encouraged to keep insurance for emergencies or specialist care.
