DIRECT PRIMARY CARE - HEALTH PASS
What is Direct Primary Care?
Direct Primary Care (DPC) replaces insurance-based primary care with a monthly membership, giving you direct access to your provider—no copays or surprise bills. Your DPC provider manages most routine health needs, including chronic conditions, prescriptions, labs, imaging, and referrals—allowing for longer visits, quick communication, and highly personalized care .
Currently accepting Health Pass Members ONLY at this time.
All Weight Loss, Hormone Replacement Therapy, and Aesthetics treatments are NOT included in DPC services and are available for an additional fee.
What is included in Direct Primary Care?
All monthly paid memberships come with these services at no extra cost:
- Personalized care tailored to your needs
- Direct access to your doctor
- 30-60 minute appointments
- No crowded waiting rooms
- Visits without copays or surprise charges
- Discounted lab tests at just 1/10th the regular cost
- Medications available at discounted prices
- Wellness and acute care
- Same-day or next-day, plus after-hours messaging and advice via telehealth or in person based on availability.
- Chronic disease management
- Various procedures, including skin tag removal, ear washing, vitamin injections and IV hydration.
