Hylenex® (hyaluronidase) is an FDA-approved enzyme used to safely and effectively dissolve hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers. Whether you’ve experienced overfilling, asymmetry, migration, or simply want to start fresh, Hylenex offers a reliable way to break down unwanted filler and restore a more natural appearance.

At PMA MED SPA, we use Hylenex to correct filler placement issues from previous injectors or to reverse complications such as filler migration or lumpiness. Dissolving can also be a necessary first step before re-treatment or correction.

• Some filler types not made of hyaluronic acid (e.g., Sculptra, Radiesse) cannot be dissolved with Hylenex

• Patients expecting immediate full reversal results in one session (some may require multiple treatments)
