IPL LUMECCA
Lumecca by InMode is a powerful Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) treatment designed to improve the appearance of age spots, sun damage, vascular lesions (such as spider veins), rosacea, and overall skin tone and clarity. Using advanced IPL technology, Lumecca delivers a more effective and comfortable experience with fewer sessions compared to traditional IPL devices.
How It Works
Lumecca emits high-intensity light that penetrates the skin and targets pigmentation or vascular irregularities. The light energy is absorbed by melanin or hemoglobin, causing the pigment or vessel to break down and be naturally eliminated by the body. Most patients see significant improvement after just one to three sessions.
Good Candidates
Individuals with fair to medium skin tones (Fitzpatrick I–III)
Those experiencing sun damage, freckles, age spots, redness, or broken capillaries
People looking to improve skin clarity and tone on the face, neck, chest, hands, or other areas
Not Ideal for:
Individuals with darker skin tones (Fitzpatrick IV–VI) due to higher risk of pigmentation changes
Those who are pregnant or taking photosensitizing medications
Patients with active skin infections or open wounds in the treatment area
Recently tanned skin (natural or artificial)
