This $350 fee covers your initial visit, plan of care development, and follow-up labs.
Payment is due at scheduling and is non-refundable.
Pellet Insertion Procedure – $600
If you’re a candidate for therapy, your pellet insertion will be performed in-office for $600 on the day of treatment.
Tiny pellets are placed just beneath the skin, delivering a consistent, bioidentical dose of hormones that support:
