MEDICALLY ASSISTED WEIGHT LOSS
All initial weight loss consultations must be screened by our RN via a telephone call. Initial GLP-1 Therapy consultations cannot be booked online—you must call to schedule. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Blood work is also required.
Pricing for medically assisted GLP-1 therapy (based on the prescribed medication) ranges from $900–$1200 for the initial 3-month supply with provider follow-ups included.
Phentermine is also available as an alternative option. This is $150 a month and you must come in once a month for a nurse vists for vital sign and weight check.
