PicoFy™ is an advanced picosecond laser treatment designed to target unwanted pigmentation, improve overall skin tone and texture, and fade unwanted tattoos.
Using ultra-short laser pulses, PicoFy delivers targeted energy to unwanted pigment while allowing treatments to be customized based on your skin, concern, and individual goals.

Treatment recommendations vary based on skin type, pigmentation, and individual concerns. Certain pigment conditions require additional evaluation before treatment.
What to Expect
Temporary redness, swelling, warmth, tenderness, darkening of pigment, crusting, or other localized skin changes may occur following treatment.
Tattoo removal treatments may also cause temporary whitening, pinpoint bleeding, blistering, scabbing, or crusting as the area heals.
Downtime and healing vary depending on the treatment performed and your individual skin response.
Before Your PicoFy Treatment
Avoid tanning and excessive sun exposure for approximately 2–4 weeks before treatment.
Avoid self-tanner on the treatment area.
Use SPF 30+ on exposed treatment areas.
Avoid irritating or exfoliating products for several days before treatment as directed.
Arrive with clean skin free of makeup, lotion, oils, and other products.
Tell your provider about medications, recent antibiotics, medical conditions, pregnancy, history of cold sores, or changes in your health.
Treatment should not be performed over actively infected, sunburned, irritated, or compromised skin.
After Your PicoFy Treatment
Use cool compresses as needed for comfort.
Keep the treatment area clean and follow all individualized skincare or wound-care instructions.
Avoid excessive heat, saunas, hot tubs, and strenuous exercise for approximately 24–48 hours or as directed.
Protect treated skin from the sun and use SPF 30+.
Do not pick, peel, scratch, or intentionally pop blisters.
Allow crusting, scabs, and darkened pigment to shed naturally.
Contact PMA MED SPA if you develop increasing pain, significant swelling, spreading redness or warmth, drainage, signs of infection, or another concerning reaction.
