How the Program Works

Initial Consultation & Lab Testing

• Must call to book – TRT is not available for online booking.

• A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your initial visit.

• A comprehensive in-house hormone panel will be performed at your first appointment – cost: $150.

Ongoing Monthly Membership – $125/month (Self Injections) 

Includes:

• Prescription Testosterone (injection form)

• Hormone-blocking agent if indicated (e.g., Anastrozole)

• Regular lab monitoring

• Ongoing provider oversight and individualized support

Injection Options:

• Self-administer at home with easy-to-follow instructions

• Or, schedule weekly or bi-weekly appointments with our RN to receive your injections in the clinic (Additional $50 a month)

Who Is a Good Candidate for TRT?

• Blood work showing low or borderline testosterone levels

Who Is Not a Good Candidate?

TRT may not be recommended for individuals who have:

• Active or untreated prostate cancer

• Severe cardiovascular disease

• Untreated sleep apnea

• Elevated red blood cell counts or hematocrit

• Poor follow-up or compliance history with medical care

A full evaluation and lab screening are required to determine eligibility.

Important Note

TRT is a prescription-based medical service that includes ongoing clinical monitoring. It is not covered by insurance, and patients are responsible for monthly provider oversight fees for the duration they are receiving medication.
